Our client in Peoria, IL is looking for an Quality Inspector

What will you be doing?
• Prepare and analyze all samples from the Melt Shop and Caster and enter results in computers.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks of testing equipment.
• Give disposition on heats based on analyses and other variables.
• Report quality problems to area supervision and participates in corrective action.
• Must be accurate when recording all pertinent data.
• Maintain detailed inspection and communication logs in computer databases and on paper
What do you bring to the job?
● Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Ability to commit to full time hours and flexible schedule
● Technical background or laboratory experience preferred
