Seeking Experienced Customer Service Advocates!

We are seeking a customer service–focused professional who provides excellent support and building positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can clearly assist customers, answer questions, and provide helpful information in a friendly and professional manner. They should be dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of customer-facing tasks, including resolving inquiries, supporting account services, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.  A strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and following established policies is essential. The ability to understand customer needs, respond quickly to concerns, and deliver solutions with professionalism is key. This role requires someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, while consistently representing the organization in a positive, helpful, and customer-first manner.

  • What You’ll Do 

 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for banking customers in-person, over the phone, and through other communication channels  
  • Open and maintain accounts 
  • Assist with loan administrative support functions  
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently  
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, helpful solutions  
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services  
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements  
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation  
  • Provide timely follow-up to customer requests and issues  
  • Support daily branch operations and workflow as needed  
  • Use computer systems and banking software to complete transactions and record information  
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations  
  • Represent the bank professionally in all customer and community interactions 

 

What We’re Looking For. 

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers  
  • Ability to clearly explain financial products and services in an easy-to-understand way  
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred  
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling transactions and documentation  
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to customer needs and inquiries  
  • Comfortable using computer systems and standard office software  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Dependable and organized, with strong follow-through on customer requests  
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team  
  • Commitment to following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements  
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions  

 

 

 

What We Offer 

  • Pay range: $19-20 per hour. (Varies based on experience)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4/OR 9-5 Saturday 8-12
