We are hiring in Mattoon, IL for a Customer Service Representative. This is a temp to hireposition with a great company.

What’s in it for you?

• Pay starts at $20 an hour

• 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am

• Weekly pay checks

• Opportunity of Overtime

Job Duties:

• Communicate status of inbound and outbound orders with warehouse personnel

• Coordinate truck drivers upon check-in, assignment of dock doors, and process completed paperwork at time of departure

• Process orders and receipts in multiple Warehouse Management Systems and/or Truck Management Systems.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships in a professional manner.

• Assist the Pick/Pack team with troubleshooting and resolving equipment-related issues.

• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365; Warehouse Management System knowledge is a plus.

• Have a positive attitude with a willingness and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Work well under pressure/fast paced environment.

• Strong time management and attention to detail
