Manpower is hiring for Entry Level Quality Technicians in Normal, IL.
Information about the position:
- Position: Quality Check Technicians
- Location: Normal, IL
- # of Openings: Multiple
- Position Type: Temp to hire
- Pay: $18/hour
- Days: 6 days a week, day off can vary
- Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
- Overtime: If needed
Qualifications for position:
- Must have high priority of professionalism.
- Be able to work 6 days per week.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Automotive Quality background preferred but not required.
- Basic math, reading and comprehension skills.
- 1+ year(s) experience in quality, sorting, inspection, containment, or production experience is preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, and interpret instructions in English.
Job Duties:
- Perform full range of various sorting and inspection tasks including visual and touch point inspections or responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance to the company safety policy.
- Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items and loading conveyors.
- Ability to be trained to use various inspection tools and measuring equipment as required.
- Provide general plant, area, production line and facility clean up.
- Provide accurate and complete information for all paperwork.
