Manpower of Central Illinois is hiring Machine Operators in the Rantoul area for 2nd and 3rd shift with a temp to hire opportunity!

What You Will Be Doing:
- Operate metal fabrication machines
- Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Set up machines to manipulate plastic or metal
- Work independently or with a small team
What You Bring to the Job:
- Experience in an industrial or warehouse environment
- Prior CNC operation experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and operations while maintaining Strong attention to detail
