What you bring to the job:
–Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
–Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns, including lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacement.
–Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, systems, and machinery as needed.
–Troubleshooting: Use problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
–Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
–Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that equipment meets safety standards.
–Collaboration: Work closely with production staff to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations.
–Equipment Setup: Assist in the setup and installation of new machinery and equipment.
–Emergency Response: Respond to equipment failures and emergencies promptly to minimize disruption.
