- 40 hours per week
What is the job?
- Assisting with fixing and replacing plumbing in apartments as needed
- Replacing locks and light bulbs as needed
- Test smoke detectors – replace as needed
- Basic repairs as needed in Apartments
- Cleaning out apartments and prepare for next move in
- Will be assisting in cleaning office and restrooms
- Plumbing – Electrical experience required
- Attention to detail is mandatory for this position
What you bring to the job?
- Great attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Follow directions provided by Supervisor.
- Maintain safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures and policies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and company equipment as required.
- Great work history with previous employers.
- Excellent attendance.
