Our client in the Peoria area is looking for experienced quality inspectors for 1st shift 2nd shifthours.

What’s in it for you?

• Monday – Friday work schedule

• 1st shift – 6am-2:30pm AND 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm

• $18-21 Per hour

What will you be doing?

• Visually and mechanically inspecting finished products

• Utilizing various measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges

• Reading and interpreting part drawings and specifications for manufactured parts.

• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet all standards of presentation and quality

• Record and track all inspections

• Rectify non-conforming products

• Communicating with supervisor defective parts with supervisor

• Providing description or justification for defective material

• Lifting up to 50lbs

What do you bring to the job?

• Good attention to detail

• Experience performing visual and mechanical inspections

• Experience using calipers, micrometer, and various gauges such as dial, bore, and height gauges

• Experience reading blueprints

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

• Ability to commit to full time hours
