What you bring to the job:
-Strategic Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve
equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
-Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, ensuring effective team
performance and professional development.
-Preventive Maintenance Oversight: Establish and monitor preventive maintenance
programs to enhance equipment lifespan.
-Project Management: Lead maintenance projects, including upgrades, installations, and
major repairs, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
What qualifications do you need:
-Performance Monitoring: Analyze maintenance metrics and reports to identify areas for
improvement and implement corrective actions.
-Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and
promote a culture of safety within the team. (OSHA certification preferable)
-Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for
specialized maintenance services and equipment.
-Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with production, engineering, and
quality assurance teams to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.
Top Candidates will also have:
-Technical proficiency – must be able to use computers & generate reports.
-Ability to create product inspection plans & develop test procedures
