Shipping Coordinator

Our client in Mattoon, IL is looking for hard working individuals who love to work in a warehouse setting with set hours.

What’s in it for you?

Paid training
8:30 am to 5:00 pm
$16.50/hr
Temporary to hire based on performance and attendance

What will you be doing?

Writing up BOL’s (acknowledges receipts of shipments
Processing orders for drivers
Creating shipments
Finishing invoicing process
Accurately completes documents
Data entry
Attention to detail

What do you bring to the job?

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
Basic knowledge of Microsoft
Strong attendance record is a must
Green screen knowledge is a plus, but not required
