- What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for banking customers in-person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
- Open and maintain deposit accounts such as checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs
- Assist with loan processing and related administrative support functions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, helpful solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
- Provide timely follow-up to customer requests and issues
- Support daily branch operations and workflow as needed
- Use computer systems and banking software to complete transactions and record information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
- Represent the bank professionally in all customer and community interactions
What We’re Looking For.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to clearly explain financial products and services in an easy-to-understand way
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling transactions and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to customer needs and inquiries
- Comfortable using computer systems and standard office software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and organized, with strong follow-through on customer requests
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

What We Offer
- Pay range: $19-20 per hour. (Varies based on experience)
