Director of Operations
Ginette Comstock is the Director of Operations for Manpower in Central Illinois. She joined Manpower in 1996 as a Branch Manager in Jacksonville and now oversees operations in Bloomington, Mattoon, Springfield, Champaign, Rantoul and Decatur. Staying on top of workforce trends to identify strategies to help our clients win in the changing world of work is a top priority for Ginette. She really enjoys developing her team to create the next level of leadership for our franchise organization. Ginette is a member of the Central Illinois Chapter of SHRM and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Soccer Association.

Sheila Thurman has been the Branch Manager at the Peoria Manpower office, for more than 21 years. Sheila currently serves as a Board Member for Midstate College of Peoria, as well as member of the Society of Human Resources Management and a member of the Patriot Club serving local her local community with families in need. Previously Sheila was a member of the Workforce Investment Board as a Board Member and Marketing Committee member. Sheila continues to work with her Team to find Temporary and Permanent opportunities for employees in Administrative, Customer Service, Light Industrial and Professional Placements in Peoria and surrounding areas.

Trevor Creamean joined Manpower in 2018. He brings a diverse background from a few different industries, including Food Service, Retail, and more. Trevor brings a passion for helping and developing people to the Bloomington Manpower team and is focused in around the candidate experience.

Branch Manager, Decatur/Springfield
Angela Rhode joined Manpower in 2015 as the receptionist in the Decatur office. She progressed to a Staffing Specialist and then became Branch Supervisor in April 2017. As of October 2018 Angela was promoted to the Branch Manager covering the Decatur and Springfield area. She graduated Richland Community College May 2019 with her Associates in Business. Angela has over 12 years of customer service experience along with a solid understanding of industrial environments. She strives to meet goals, and motivates her team to do their best. Angela has been a great addition to the Manpower team with her exceptional analytical skills, client partnerships, and order fulfillment.

Branch Manager, Rantoul
Shannon began her journey with Manpower 5 years ago in July of 2015. Immersing herself in this new world of recruiting at the Champaign Manpower. She hit the ground running as a recruiter, ultimately earning her current position as Branch Manager of the Rantoul Manpower. October of 2015 Shannon obtained her Bachelor of Business Management and holds an Associates Degree in Human Services, currently she is pursuing a PHR Certificate. Being a member of Eastern Illinois Safety Network has helped Shannon stay up to date with OSHA regulations keeping Manpower associates safe at work. The most rewarding aspect of her job is creating opportunities to help those in her community land the right job. Shannon’s experience in the Hospitality, Banking and Human Resource fields demonstrates that she can effectively maintain client relationships while locating top talent in the Rantoul area.

Melissa is a 17-year Recruitment Professional with over 20 years of leadership experience. She has managed Recruiters nationwide and she has been a support liaison and trainer focused on recruitment efforts, selection, interviewing, staff retainment, and employee relations.
Melissa is originally from Champaign-Urbana and she has strong connections here. Her passion is building business through strong client relationships and developing her staff to be most efficient for those we assist.
Melissa spends her non-working hours with her friends and family as much as possible, especially her two boys who are now young adults in the world of college and work. She is embracing these empty-nester days as best she can and grateful to be part of the Manpower Team in Central Illinois.
