Send Email Ginette Comstock is the Director of Operations for Manpower in Central Illinois. She joined Manpower in 1996 as a Branch Manager in Jacksonville and now oversees operations in Bloomington, Mattoon, Springfield, Champaign, Rantoul and Decatur. Staying on top of workforce trends to identify strategies to help our clients win in the changing world of work is a top priority for Ginette. She really enjoys developing her team to create the next level of leadership for our franchise organization. Ginette is a member of the Central Illinois Chapter of SHRM and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Soccer Association.
Angela Rhode

Send Email Angela Rhode joined Manpower in 2015 as the receptionist in the Decatur office. Angela has done almost every position within Manpower; receptionist, recruiter, office supervisor, Branch Manager and now Regional Manager. Angela covers all our Central Illinois Offices. Angela sits on the board of the Decatur SHRM Chapter as the Membership Director. She graduated Richland Community College May 2019 with her Associates in Business. As well as graduated the Decatur Leadership Institute in 2021. Angela has over 15 years of customer service experience along with a solid understanding of industrial environments. She strives to meet goals and motivates her team to do their best. Angela has been a great addition to the Manpower team with her exceptional analytical skills, client partnerships, and order fulfillment.
Evan Jenkins
Business Development
Send Email Evan Jenkins is the Director of Business Development for Manpower in Central Illinois. He is responsible for managing relationships with business leaders and hiring managers throughout the region. Evan is passionate about improving company culture to create a mutually beneficial relationship between an organization and its people. His approach with business leaders is to learn about their day-to-day hiring and retention challenges, and to share best practices in order to meet their needs and improve organizational processes.
Tori Petty
Office Supervisor, Decatur, IL
Send Email Tori Petty joined Manpower as a Recruiter in September 2019, then was promoted to Office Supervisor in June 2022. She is from Alabama, but relocated to the Decatur area in 2017. Tori loves to spend time with close friends, visit coffee shops, and owns more books than our local library. She has a vast knowledge of Central Illinois and our businesses/clients. Tori strives to assist you in finding the best job to fit your skill set and career interests. She will be your personal advocate and available to assist when called upon.
Alicia Calderon
Branch Manager, Peoria, IL

Her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University. She has 15 years of management
Experience for several companies. Alicia is bilingual and working on behalf of the growing Hispanic
Community in Peoria. She joined Manpower in June 2022. She is an active member of the community
and sits on the board for the Peoria Women’s Club and the Phoenix Community Development services center.
Caitlin Howard
Office Supervisor, Springfield, IL
Send Email Caitlin Howard joined Manpower in June of 2021 as a Recruiter. She took over the role of Springfield Office Supervisor in October of 2022. Caitlin graduated Lakeland College with her Associate Degree in Psychology and has a background in manufacturing and customer service. Caitlin is goal oriented, passionate about helping those around her reach their highest potential and focused on creating lasting and prosperous relationships with clients and employees in the Central Illinois area.
