Assembler- 2nd shift

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you may rotate between several production and warehouse tasks depending on daily needs. Your focus will be on safe, accurate work that keeps production moving. 

  • Assemble doors and door components on a production line 
  • Operate small and large machines used in door manufacturing 
  • Inspect finished and in-process products to ensure quality standards are met 
  • Machine doors for hardware installation using proper tools and instructions 
  • Prepare materials and move materials as needed throughout the work area 
  • Stage and package completed doors for shipment and delivery 
  • Perform general warehouse and production support duties as assigned 
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times 
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures to prevent injuries and defects 

You’ll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety.

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but the right attitude and work ethic are just as important. This role is in a production and warehouse setting. Safety is a top priority, and all employees are expected to follow established procedures 

Required Qualifications 

  • Ability to work on your feet in a manufacturing or warehouse environment 
  • Basic math skills and ability to use simple measuring tools 
  • Willingness to follow work instructions and safety guidelines 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift 

Preferred 

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse roles 
  • Experience with assembly or production work 
  • Background in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.) 
  • General knowledge of building materials or hand tools
