Manpower is looking for semi-entry level CNC machine operators to work at local manufacturing facilities, right here in Springfield! A qualified candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a heavy industrial setting, have working knowledge of blueprints/schematics, and a strong understanding of hand tools and mathematics. Experience with CNC machines are a plus. In this role, you will be using appropriate tools and materials to assemble parts as needed for machine operation. The right candidate will be able to operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and Grinders.

What you bring to the company:
Knowlegde of blueprints/Schematics.
Knowlege of Mathematics – micrometers, depth micrometers, inside/outside diameter gauges.
Ability to have attention to detail, ensuring tools and machines are operating efficiently.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds. Bend and kneel to check parts.
Must have documentation of eligibility to work in the United States
