HR Manager-1st shift, Mon -Fri 8am-5pm, $25
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best
practices, review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
- Assist in preparation of reports for annual audit.
- Maintain employee intranet HR page on company website.
- Assist with coordination of staff meetings, employee training sessions and employee events.
- Support the HR needs of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Responsible for the hiring of employees including new hire orientation and on-boarding.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Develop new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
- Hand employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or
sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attending and participating in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources,
talent management, and employment law.
