Our client in the Springfield area is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. The ideal candidate is experienced in machine cleaning, industrial janitorial duties, 5S, and warehouse safety.

Job Description

Keep the facility in clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, dumping chips, and cleaning snow and debris from sidewalks and doorways. Deep cleaning debris and dirt out of and from around machinery. Setting up and taking down tables and chairs for meetings.

Required Skills

Ability to stand on your feet for 8-12 hours
Ability to operate cleaning machines/sweepers
Ability to learn on the job
Ability to lift 75lbs
Active listening skills
