Janitorial/Maintenance Worker

What’s in it for you?

$16 per hour

Part-Time – 1st shift

20 hours per week

Job Description

Wiping down, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces

Cleaning Restrooms

Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Cleaning and sanitizing common areas and break rooms

Cleaning walls, woodwork, blinds, and light fixtures

Shampooing rugs and/or carpeting

Changing air filters and cleaning vents

Waxing and/or polishing floors

Oversees all office and common areas are maintained in a clean and presentable

Completes building and grounds tasks, including lawn care, winterizing, janitorial

Take agency vehicles for maintenance appointments.

Required Skills

Must have at least 1 year of janitorial experience

Must be willing and able to work independently

Must have a valid driver’s license
