Our client in East Peoria is looking for talent to join their team.

Job Description

Prepares work to be accomplished by studying prints, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials

Positions parts and subassemblies by using prints or reading materials

Assembles components by examining correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies

Verifies specifications by measuring completed component

Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications, notifying lead to obtain additional resources

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish each

job task

Documents actions by completing production and quality forms

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Assist with shipping preparation, as instructed

Required Skills

At least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience At least 1 year of blueprint reading experience
