Seeking Machine Operators!
Our client in Jacksonville is seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join their team as Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or warehouse experience. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring equipment runs efficiently, and inspecting products to meet quality specifications, assist with routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and package finished goods as needed. The ideal candidate is attentive, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This position offers a stable schedule of three to four 12-hour shifts per week—providing a strong work-life balance. Job Description
- Light lifting, stacking, and standing.
- Ensure product is packed into boxes.
- Watch for disruptions on the line.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required Skills
- Ability to work overtime.
- Warehouse/Plant experience is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions (Written/Verbal).
