NOW HIRING Machine Operators in Springfield, IL!

Manpower is looking for experienced machine operators to work at a local manufacturing facility. The right candidates for this role will have at least 1 year of experience working in a heavy industrial setting, have working knowledge of blueprints/schematics, and a strong understanding of hand tools and mathematics. Experience with CNC machines are a plus!

We encourage those to apply that have mechanical, carpentry, and other warehouse related experience to apply!

What you bring to the company:

Mathematically and mechanically inclined
Ability to have attention to detail
Participation in the 5S program – Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds. Bend and kneel to check parts.
Must have documentation of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to learn how to operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and Grinders.
