What’s in it for you?

Pay rate: $20-30hr

Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm

Temp to Hire

Overtime available

Job Description

• Handle necessary building repairs and maintenance

• Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment

• Keep a maintenance log and shift reports

• Maintain cleanliness

• Install, adjust, and maintain equipment and appliances

• Follow local and state building codes

• Comply with all company safety regulations

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Write legibly

• Math

• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

• Troubleshooting

• Active listening

• Industrial knowledge
