Job Description

Fulfill tenant maintenance requests in apartment complexes.

Fix and clean empty apartments to get them move-in ready.

Maintain professional relationships with tenants and provide excellent customer service.

Fix, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and appliances.

Clean A/C vents and replace filters.

Dry wall/plaster and painting repairs.

Utilize hand and power tools.

Required Skills

MUST HAVE A VALID DL

Experience doing interior building repairs/maintenance

Experience using hand and power tools

Experience fulfilling work orders preferred
