Manufacturing Team Member

Our client in Morton, IL is looking for hard working individuals for 1st shift hours

What’s in it for you?

● Monday – Friday work schedule
● 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
● Weekly Pay
● $18.00 Per hour

What will you be doing?

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

•​Working together with your team, assemble or attach vehicle components

•​Position or align components and parts with vehicles on the assembly line

•​Put together parts to build more complex units

•​Read and understand assembly instructions and follow established production procedures

•​Gather all material and equipment needed for your role

•​Check output to ensure highest quality

•​Maintain equipment in good condition

•​Keep records of production quantities and time required

•​Report issues, malfunctions, or defective parts

•​Apply problem-solving skills in order to maintain a high standard-of-quality

•​Produce to the Standard Operating Procedures, and clearly identify irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency

•​Suggest alternatives or improvements to processes for your team and other teams

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

•​Previous manufacturing/production/ Assembly experience required

•​High school diploma or equivalent

• PHYSICAL DEMAND
• Requires good manual dexterity with both hands, stooping, bending, standing wrist motion, elbow bending and flexing. Requires minimum push/pull/lifting up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day. Exposure to; solvents, paints, cleaning agents, oil dust, fumes, noise etc.
