Job Description

Seeking an exhaust/pipe welder with experience in welding flat steel/tubing/piping

Needs at least 1 solid year of blueprint reading

Team lead experience is a plus

MIG welding, plasma cutting of galvannealed steel and aluminum

Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to final assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers

Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications

Required Skills

Technical certificate or vocational training in welding or equivalent of experience

1-2 years MIG welding, including layout and blueprint build experience

Ability to perform and pass a weld test
