Our client in Jacksonville is looking for detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join their team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse experience who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and maintaining high product standards. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products for quality, ensuring items meet company specifications, and carefully packing finished goods. The ideal candidate is attentive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position offers a stable schedule of three to four 12-hour shifts per week—providing a strong work-life balance. Job Description
- Light lifting, stacking, and standing.
- Ensure product is packed into boxes.
- Watch for disruptions on the line.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required Skills
- Ability to work overtime.
- Warehouse/Plant experience is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions (Written/Verbal).
