Pay rate: $18hr

Full-time, Temp to Hire for the right candidate

1st shift 7a-4p with the possibility of overtime as needed

Must be able to be on call in rotation for emergency situations

Job Description Air Duct Cleaner/Water Extraction

Cleans air ducts in customer homes/businesses using appropriate equipment depending upon the setup of the home and or business. Also restores interiors of homes damaged by water, using commercial cleaning equipment. Places fans and dehumidifiers in strategic room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air. Verifies moisture presence and removal with moisture sensor.

Required Skills

Valid Driver’s license to drive company vehicles

Able to lift minimum 50 up to 100 pounds (i.e., wet carpet, fans, dehumidifiers, furniture, boxes)

Turning, twisting, pulling, crawling and carrying

Standing for extended length of time

Be able to be on hands and knees for extended lengths of time

Able to wear a respirator

Work with cleaning solutions and chemicals

Able to climb a ladder-good working from heights
