Temp to Hire and Full-Time

$18hr/ Weekly pay

7am-4pm Monday -Friday (overtime as needed-on call 1 week per month for emergency situations)

What You Will Be Doing:

Performing residential and commercial air‑duct cleaning using equipment appropriate to each building’s layout.

Restoring interiors affected by water damage by operating commercial‑grade extraction and cleaning tools.

Positioning fans and dehumidifiers strategically to remove moisture from carpets, upholstery, and indoor air.

Using moisture‑sensing instruments to confirm the presence of water and to verify complete drying.

What You Bring to the Job:

Valid Driver’s license to drive company vehicles

Able to lift minimum 50 up to 100 pounds (i.e., wet carpet, fans, dehumidifiers, furniture, box)

Turning, twisting, pulling, crawling and carrying

Standing for extended length of time

Be able to be on hands and knees for extended lengths of time

Able to wear a respirator

Work with cleaning solutions and chemicals

Able to climb a ladder-good working from heights
