The role of the recruiter is putting people to work by delivering full cycle recruitment and delivering high quality service to candidates, associates, and clients. Recruiters will work with a high sense of urgency, paying attention to detail, while performing a variety of tasks that support the overall mission; recruiting candidates, onboarding associates, and matching skills to the needs of current and potential clients.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Interviewing and assessing applicants using Manpower system to evaluate qualifications
  • Assign training to associated to upgrade their skills for assignments
  • Contacting clients and potential clients
  • Follow up on missing timesheets and client time approvals, aiding when necessary
  • Document all contacts and activity in the Manpower System
  • Administer in house drug screens and background checks
  • Regularly communicate with clients, candidates and associates via telephone, email, and text

What You Bring to The Job

  • At least 1 year of previous customer service and recruiting
  • Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed and field offices as directed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate in a professional, logical, manner, both verbally and written
  • Maintain a professionalism, positive attitude, and composure
  • Ability to accept challenges and willing to modify approach as needed
