We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Team! This temp-to-hire opportunity is located in Springfield, IL and has a starting wage of $18-20 an hour. To carry out our mission, Manpower is seeking an individual who has the ability to be highly organized, multi-task and transition smoothly from one project to another. The right candidate will have two or more years of experience working in Human Resources and have great verbal and written communication skills. In this role you will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, recruiting for local companies seeking employees, maintaining client/employee relationships, processing interviews, administering drug screens, and other duties as deemed necessary by your direct manager.
What You Bring to the Company:
- Must be at least 18 years or older and possess a valid driver license.
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
