Job Description:
As a Staffing Specialist you will utilize various recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. You will conduct interviews, process various forms of paperwork, conduct background screenings; drug screenings , assess candidates’ qualifications, manage a high volume of calls and emails, maintain up-to-date records, networking, scheduling, and other HR duties and responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- Human Resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Marketing and/or Networking experience
- Organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication, time management, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid Drivers License
