Manpower is seeking and hiring for a Restoration Tech in Springfield, IL!

Information about the position:

• Position: Restoration Tech

• Location: Springfield, IL

• Position Type: Temp to hire.

• Pay: $18

• Days: Monday – Friday

• Shift: 7:00AM – 4:00PM

• Overtime: Expected, available on call

Qualifications for position:

• Ability to be on call 1 week of the month during emergency situations.

• Experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction is an a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and lift equipment.

Job Duties:

· Restores interiors of homes damaged by fire, smoke, or water, using cleaning equipment.

· Receive work orders and schedules from supervisor.

· Clean carpet, upholstery, floors, walls, ceilings, draperies, windows, and room accessories to remove effects of smoke or water damage.

· Usage of commercial cleaning equipment.

· Place fans and dehumidifiers in strategic room locations to remove moisture.

· Sprays or fogs carpet, using hand and power sprays and electric foggers.
