The role of the recruiter is putting people to work and delivering high quality service to candidates, associates, and clients. Recruiters will work with a high sense of urgency, paying attention to detail, while performing a variety of tasks that support the overall mission.

What You Will Be Doing

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00-20.00/HR
Interviewing and assessing applicants using Manpower systems to evaluate qualifications
Matching candidates to open jobs
Assigning training to associates to upgrade their skills for assignments
Contacting clients and potential clients
Document all contacts and activity in the Manpower System
Maintaining Associate and Client records in the database
Administering in house drug screens and background checks
Regularly communicating with clients, candidates and associates via telephone, email, and text

What You Bring to The Job

At least 1 year of previous customer service and/or recruiting
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to travel to client locations in the area
Ability to communicate in a professional, logical, manner, both verbally and written
A professional, positive attitude, and composure
